Who are YOU???


Hey ladies,

In this post, I would like for you to tell me a little about yourself so just we can get to know each other. Also tell me some things that may have affected your inability to workout, eat, or maintain the size that you once had or desire. THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! Tell me what part(s) of you body are you trying to target.

  1. Hey!!! I'm super excited to start this 30-Day challenge! My name is Leslie Harris and I am 25 years old. I attended FSU where I met Ivory, GO 'NOLES! :) I currently live in Jacksonville, FL and I work with an Environmental Engineering consulting firm as a Staff Engineer. My biggest problem with working out due to my hectic schedule is motivation and prioritizing. I usually work 40+ hours and I'm either too tired when I get home or I don't have anyone to work out with, I like to be around people lol But those are excuses and hopefully with the challenge I can develop some good habits that I can continue to implement on my own!!

  2. Hey! My name is Alicia Breadmon. I'm originally from Detroit, MI but I've lived in Tallahassee for almost 6 years now. I'm 24 years old and I'm currently working and in school. My fitness goals are to tone up and lose some excess fat, specifically in my legs and core. I've been consistently working out and eating better for almost two months now. I'm hoping this challenge will give me the extra push to keep at it, step it up and to be more patient (I get discouraged when the results aren't as fast as I want them to be lol)
